Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is £4.95 per order, however many items you buy, and free on orders of £40 or more.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, so please allow 3 to 5 working days from ordering. Candles are hand-poured in small batches, so very busy periods may take a little longer.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us at admin@kernowwax.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our Returns & Refunds policy for more detail.
