Delivery & Returns

The short version: we post, you light, nobody panics.

Delivery
We deliver within the UK only, by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery is £4.95 per order, however many candles you add. Spend £40 or more and it's free, which seems fair.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Royal Mail then usually takes 2 to 3 working days, so allow 3 to 5 working days from ordering. Everything is hand-poured in small batches, so very busy periods may take a little longer.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Changed your mind?
It happens. Email admin@kernowwax.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, then send the items back within a further 14 days. We'll send you the return address when you get in touch.

Please keep products unused and candles unburned. Opening the packaging for a good look is fine. Burning it for an evening is not.

For change-of-mind returns you cover the postage, and we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or the wrong item? Email us with your order number and photos if you can. We'll put it right and cover the return postage.
