Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? Contact admin@kernowwax.co.uk within 14 days after delivery, then return your items within a further 14 days. Sale items are included. We'll send you the return address when you get in touch.

You may open packaging to inspect your purchase. Please keep products unused and candles unburned. Use or handling beyond reasonable inspection may reduce your refund.

Package returns securely. You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns.

We'll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence you've sent it, whichever is earlier. Whole-order cancellations include standard delivery costs, excluding delivery upgrades.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Contact us with your order number and photos where possible. We'll arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return postage.

Your statutory rights, including for faulty items discovered after use, are unaffected.
